I've had 2 different attorneys...One that was lazy and just wanted to end the case regardless of my best wishes and then Tyler Allen's Law Firm that literally helped me in a small claims court and a traffic violation situation. BOTH were very satisfactory. If ANY attorney guaranteed you a victory the...n you lost already....Tyler Allen's Law Firm guaranteed they would go full throttle in court for me...THAT'S the guarantee I will pay for again if need be. His staff was respectful and answers any question I have. So if you want an attorney that uses Google to fight your case then go ahead and use Joe Blow at Law...if you want someone that knows the law and plays hardball in court I HIGHLY recommend this firm. I'm an ex-felon because I used some random attorney....I wish I had Tyler Allen's Law Firm to represent me instead...5 stars all the way!!!

My situation was a bit unusual because we were going against a highly visible and sympathetic non profit organization. This organization prides itself on doing a noble deed providing food to a needy public. All very good indeed, too bad they do not treat their employees with the same regard. Specifically I was terminated via phone while on FMLA after major back surgery. Their case hinged on one thing only...that I did not provide "team building". Never mind I had no written warnings, no verbal warnings, and only stellar reviews and promotions during my tenure. My position was that of a high level director, one step away from the CEO position. In other words I held an important position and did an outstanding job, based on the organizations own reviews. For reasons only the organization knows (later actions point to eliminating all men) I was terminated. In any other situation with these clearly unlawful moves I would have a clear cut case against them for wrongful termination. Recognizing the tedious position due to the organizations stature in the community, Tyler Allen was able to navigate a path in which the organization could save face by not going public while satisfying myself as a client. I would highly recommend Tyler Allen with your legal needs.

I came to Tyler with a relatively complex employment case rife with multiple issues. I honestly didn't have too much hope for a favorable outcome at the beginning. Tyler stepped in and took this case on with extraordinary professionalism. I was very stressed out, having just lost my job. I felt o...verwhelmed but Tyler and Ryan were very capable and took on the task of trying to right the wrong. Tyler is fair, objective and honest. He won't give you false hope but rather, is upfront and will keep you constantly informed. I never felt out of the loop. This is a professional upstanding attorney who is not afraid to get aggressive when the need arises. Tyler was and is worth every cent of his retainer.
