Biography
I generally do not represent individual employees in legal disputes with their employers because of conflict of interest issues.
I am a shareholder in the Phoenix office of Littler. Littler is the premier employment and labor law firm in the global marketplace, with over 1900 legal practitioners throughout the world. Our client base includes domestic and international businesses and governmental entities of various size. I have been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyers, among other awards, for many years, and many of my colleagues also appear on this and other award lists.
I advise private and public sectors clients in a broad range of industries on matters involving wage and hour compliance, wrongful termination, workplace discrimination/harassment, workplace investigations, unfair competition & trade secrets, breach of contract, labor relations and workplace safety. As part of our international practice, I participate in legal compliance audits and preventive training, and draft employment policies and domestic and foreign employment and consultancy agreements.
