Finding myself in the worst situation I have ever been in, Kevin was there with me through the entire process. It would be almost impossible to describe exactly what he means to me and my family. The first time we met, he was very open and honest about what I was facing and more importantly what he i...ntended to do for me. This never changed throughout the entire process. He is the only man that I would ever trust to represent me or anyone close to me in the courtroom. I won't go into many specifics in this review but I quite literally would not be able to be home writing this right now if it wasn't for Kevin. He is an incredibly dedicated lawyer who cares very much about the success of the people he represents. I have now fulfilled much of my obligation to the courts and am satisfied with the resolution we were able to come to and I know that none of this would be possible of it wasn't for him. Even now, over a year since our first meeting, we are still in contact and he has always been incredibly supportive of my recovery and helping me to put all of this behind me and move forward with my life. And again, this is the life I get to live today because he believed in me and worked every single day to ensure my freedom.

Im glad I was lucky enough to end up with a lawyer as cool and good at his job as Kevin. I walked into this entire process blindfolded and really didn't know what to expect but Kevin helped me out big time by going over the process and helping me understand what to expect. First time offender; charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing while in Scottsdale for a bachelor party and business meeting. I called the County BAR associations and paid $40 each for 3 criminal defense attorney referrals. Kevin called me back the very next day and thoroughly explained the va...rious outcomes, and even made sure to include my Father in the conversation. Kevin repeatedly attended court in my absence (I live out of town) and promptly contacted me post hearings to bring me up to speed. Within 3 months Kevin was able to enter me into a plea diversion program (no marks on my record) and the case is all but settled. I hired Kevin when I received the news that I was about to get my driver license suspended for 2 years (amongst other things), for getting a Minor In Consumption ticket during a trip I made to Arizona. Living in a different state made the situation difficult to handle, because every time I had a cour...t date I had to request time off work and spend another $100-$200 on transportation just to be present. Not to mention the stress of attempting to communicate your case from 300 miles away over the phone to people who work at the court house who are not there to help "criminals." Kevin helped build the much needed bridge for communication that was missing. He had the experience that I didn't, and quickly turned my situation around with it. There was not one moment where he was not professional, even when other people who we had to consult to get my case solved failed to be. The small hope I had of getting my case solved when I first spoke with Kevin became a reality: my charge was dismissed after he negotiated me being able to take an alcohol education class instead of being convicted. I could not have asked for better help because every loose end was already tied by Kevin. I hope to never fall into a legal mess again, but if I do I know who I will return to.
