Jacob A Kubert

I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Jake Kubert, who would certainly be my first call again if I were to need legal representation. Jake took on an extremely difficult HOA case and encountered issues that no one expected and few had ever seen. He continued to respond to the unexpect...ed, re-working our strategy to assure it represented every one of my requests. He was always in the game, guiding me through the entire lengthy process. Though we faced challenges, Jake did not flinch. He is a very thorough and competent professional who always had my best interests in mind. What I especially liked about Jake was his ability to remain calm in crisis situations. When you hire Jake you get an attorney who works tirelessly to stay one step ahead of your opponent and their attorneys. Jake is a legal advocate who, I feel, cares about your case and truly fights for you providing the expertise and voice you need. Prior to hiring Jake Kubert I’d retained another law firm. Early into that relationship I felt that I was not a high value client and together we would not reach a successful outcome. Very happy I switched and hired Jake Kubert to lead the charge. Without Jake, I likely would not have had a successful outcome.

Jacob was able to resolve our fence issue with the HOA during the Covid-19 lockdown, not an easy feat. Jacob took all of the facts and figures and ran with it. He got a mediation set up quickly knowing that the courts were moving at a snails pace. Jacob was great at getting an equitable settlement.... He and his firm made many sacrifices to get the right outcome, which you won't find in many Attorney's these days. And he has mad writing skills that will blow you away, second to none. I would use his services again in a heartbeat if the need arises.

In my opinion, this was another injustice visited upon the victim by the legal system. It was a total waste of my time, money and effort. I could have negotiated the same agreement without the thousands of dollars fee. I provided him with exceptional documentation of the defendant's, in my opinion, c...riminal behavior. They even confessed twice to their misconduct and manufactured evidence. Comments made by Kubert gave me the impression he was working for and sided with the defendant. I had to constantly email to receive updates of the status. The defendants got what they wanted, their lawyer got what he wanted and Kubert got what he wanted. I din't gain one iota. ZERO satisfaction with the results.
