I want anyone who is looking for an attorney who is highly qualified and educated in HOA law, Jacob is the attorney for you. His credentials speak for themselves, but nothing compares to a service that is reliable and trustworthy. He is responsive and honest. I used Mr. Kubert for a consultation init...ially; however, if I cannot resolve my issue with the HOA (I probably will not be able to) on my own, I most definitely will retain him for services. Fighting an HOA and the Board is not easy and I have never had such a terrible experience than I am facing now with an association. Neither the HOA nor the Board is abiding by the CCR's and are arbitrarily making up rules that suit them or a neighbor they prefer over me, which are not allowed as they are not contained within those aforementioned governing documents. It is amazing how they can get away with either not knowing what the A.R.S. says their authority is or they just ignore it. I am here to tell you as a regulator myself, I cannot get away with this when I am surveying federal regulations on organizations. I have only ever written a review one time in my life prior to this one, so that says a lot about Jake! Take my advice, if you need a knowledgeable HOA attorney, call him and utilize his services. Jake assisted me with a dispute involving a former HOA, which decided to sue me out of the blue for issues stemming from my ex-husband (long story). Due to some unique complexities with my situation, I had no idea how to deal with them & resolve the issue.
