When real estate transactions go sideways they can go sideways very quickly and time is of the essence to prevent breaches, defaults, and non-performance issues related to the contracts at hand. I had just such an issue late on a Sunday with only a limited 48 Hrs to cure the issue. Without the excellent assistance of Ian Quinn I would still be involved in a real estate lawsuit I should never have been brought into.
