Ian D Quinn

Iann was the attorney assigned to a BK case that we took on when purchasing a non-performing loan. The previous note holder had complaints about Ian but they were a mom & pop and not a company of our size so we discounted their input. This a mistake on our part! Ian was asked for 22 days to file a si...mple MFR and knew that if he did not do that we could end up losing serious money. After 22 days, numerous requests and excuses by Ian an multiple promises that he would get it done "that day". We had to move the case to another attorney. This has cost our company considerable time and money. We are in a litigious field and work with lots of attorneys. Some chosen by us and some that are in place when we take possession of an asset. Ian is by far the worst attorney we have worked with.
