Ezequiel Hernandez

I do not even think Ezequiel Hernandez deserves one star! People do not go to Ezequiel for help, like others have mentioned he is more concerned about being on television than helping his clients. I have been waiting over a year for a FOIA and I have not gotten an answer! I decided to go get a second... opinion and I needed to take the current paper work Hernandez Global has to the other lawyer. As I read some of the papers Hernandez Global has received from immigration I come to find out that immigration has closed my FOIA case because they were not able to find any documents under my husbands name! The problem here is that the FOIA was not suppose to be under my husband's name, it is suppose to be under my father in law's name! Such a dumb mistake on Hernandez Global's behalf. Additionally, Hernandez Global has not bother to inform me about this, the only reason I know is because like mentioned already I went to get a second opinion from another lawyer and I requested my current paper work! Very disappointing! I trusted this guy, and now a year has gone down the drain! Please look for another lawyer and don't waste your money or time here.

My wife and I went to Hernandez Global seeking legal advice on our Immigration case that was denied several months before.My wife and I were informed by Ezequiel Hernandez the lead attorney at Hernandez Global,that do to the circumstances with our case their were specific forms that needed to be sen...t to immigration before moving on with our case.It was recommended that waiting for an answer back from immigration would be the first step. This consultation was $100.00 for the information given from Ezequiel Hernandez. I was then told by Ezequiel Hernandez, that in order to begin the form to receive the answers from immigration it would cost an additional $500 dollars to start the process. After agreeing to pay, my wife and I were assigned to Marysol Angulo. She said the answer back from immigration could take 2 to 4 weeks. It has now been 4 months and I'm still waiting for an answer. Unfortunately it's not just immigration I'm waiting on. Since the $500 dollar payment, I have not been able to contact this firm by phone. Every time I call to speck with Ezequiel or Marysol the attorney I was assigned to, I'm told they are out of the office or with a CLIENT! I thought when I paid a $500 start up fee and Signed a contract, that made me a CLIENT. Getting any of these attorneys from Hernandez Global on the phone is impossible, you might say, why not go to the office, well i have and other then it being a waste of time they look at you like your crazy for coming with out an appointment.The only contact I've had from this law firm, is two emails saying they are still waiting for an answer, I'm sure the only reason I was lucky enough to get that was because of the countless messages I left trying to get some kind of feed back...To some up this review, I got tired of waiting and being ignored.. So my wife and I went to a different immigration lawyer who had helped a family friend, the consultation was $50 dollars and he was able to answer the questions that Ezequiel Hernandez CHARGED $500 DOLLARS for. To this day I'm still waiting for an ANSWER from Ezequiel Hernandez from Hernandez Global but little do they now I've already got it and I'm now able to start my Immigration application again with our new attorney.. It's sad that someone who spends so much time on TV gaining people's trust, comes to be the least trust worthy of them all.. Anyone thinking of getting legal advice from Ezequiel Hernandez at Hernandez Global don't be surprised if they slam the door behind you after you pay.... $600 dollars may not be much but when you have 3 kids its everything. If your reading this and thinking, that's just one family's opinion, well that's exactly what I thought when I read the first review on Hernandez Global. I wish I had takin the advice...

I'm currently a customer of Hernandez global, lawyer Ezequiel Hernandez is great, however his staff is horrible. He is only the face of the group you will get assign to a paralegal and expect mistake after mistake since he is to busy been in tv. Helps the community but doesnt help his own payin cus...tomers. What a waste of $$$ for bad customer service.
