My practice group and I provide general commercial and real estate legal services to a broad range of companies with special emphasis on serving the needs of charitable and faith-based organizations. I was certified by the Arizona State Bar Association as a specialist in real estate law for 25 years.
Our Campus Preservation Planning process assists Churches, Christian Schools and other charitable organizations in protecting their campuses from uninsurable, uninsured and under-insured claims by implementing the Twin Pillars of Stewardship.
