A highly professional and articulate attorney. Roger provided us guidance and support, we ended up with successful results.
"Roger is a highly competent and professional attorney. He is a commercial leasing expert and I gladly endorse him."
"Roger is an exceptionally hard working lawyer dedicated to using all his skills to achieve his clients' goals. He is also creative with respect to his legal work."
"I recently represented a client on the Buyer side of a relatively complex, $1MM+ commercial real estate transaction. The Seller was represented by attorney Roger Spencer. I was very impressed with Mr. Spencer’s knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, negotiation skills, professionalism, and always pleasant demeanor. Mr. Spencer was a tough negotiator, and incredibly thorough. It is unfortunate that more attorneys do not share the same level of attention to detail as I saw Mr. Spencer display in this recent transaction. Such attention certainly prevented potential problems for his client in the future, and if Mr. Spencer’s clients are anything like my own, they want a lawyer who will create solutions, not problems. I do not only endorse Mr. Spencer, but highly recommend him."
"I am delighted to have the opportunity to recommend Roger Spencer to be listed in your system. Although I have known Roger for a couple of decades, I began to work closely with him in 2008 when he assisted me as co-counsel in negotiating a default situation involving the sale of a convenience store. His sensitivity to client cultural issues was extremely important in resolving this dispute without the necessity of filing a lawsuit. His ability to establish a rapport with our client was extremely beneficial to the excellent outcome of this matter. Roger and I have worked together on a number of complex matters. In every case I found his work to be timely, thorough and fairly priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Roger to you for real estate and commercial legal work. Robert Erven Brown 602-740-1032"
