Overall, Anna Schiffman was great. She was able to take the scattered mess of paperwork that I had in many different grocery bags (the paperwork I managed to get to her) and make something of it. Some of it was printed, scanned, from a picture on my phone, mixed in with old medical bills from the las...t decade of my issues. Anna was quick to respond to any messages or calls of mine in detail or have someone else respond right away if she was not available to do so herself.
