Jessica was really great at helping me understand how the process would go down when it was time to file for child custody, and what paper work was required of me to sign and give to her to have my statement heard in the court room. She also made me feel very safe and sound through the court hearing.... Jessica was willing to take my case right away and for a reasonable price.

I hired Jessica for a consultation, she spent two hours with me answering all my questions. She provided me with the tools I needed to start the process in a case of my special needs kid. Jessica Joyce Burguan made it seem like she was going to do something about my case. I hired her, after i went forward paid in full she then E-mails me about what she was going to do and repeatedly claim that it was getting done. Never did majority of what she claims she was doing was accomplished. M...ajority of the charges i got done myself by calling the obusman office and talking to the case worker and filing complaints to the caser worker and attorney through DCS. I was charged for my mother speaking to Jessica when i specifically had email Jessica asking her not to speak to my mother about my case unless she cant get a hold of me and its an emergency. When my court date came up at the same time and day of the motion that she had put in herself she didn't attend the court date nothing was accomplished. She had another person take over her place over the phone he did absolutely nothing but sit on the phone and said i dont know whats going on and that he didn't know what to say knows nothing about the case. My mother never got the home study done that she claims was done. My visits with my child still stands the same i dont receive still and not in my home. I am now getting my classes done only cause the judge keeps saying something to DCS and i put in a complaint about it. My son is still in housing danger DCS is removing him from my family if they cant find replacement for my child or my mother home study not geting done.

Jessica was great in helping me figure out my child support and dealing with the courts. It wasn’t so scary or complicated when she explained how the system worked and what I needed to do. I was going to try to tackle these issues by myself, but I’m Glad I didn’t, I would have spent more money and t...ime on things I didn’t have to do.
