I would strongly caution anyone considering this attorney. My experience was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. I hired him with very clear instructions regarding my trust, specifically to make me the primary trustee and properly structure the roles. Instead, he drafted documents ...that did the complete opposite—putting myself in a situation to end up on the street in fact I just hired an attorney to try and help me out of this situation. I wouldn’t even award this guy a star but in order for my review to be posted I had too. I hope nobody has to ever go through this.

Tobias made our estate planning unbelievably less painful than other attorneys we have worked with n the past. He is direct, knowledgeable, inventive in his thinking through possible options for transferring our wealth, and is just an all-around nice guy. Great service and we really liked that we k...new what we were going to pay before the work was done. Five stars all the way.

Mr. Pierce recently assisted my company in the sale of one of our larger subsidiaries. I have had the pleasure, and sometimes displeasure, of working with many different attorneys in the past, and I felt compelled to write this review as this is the first attorney interaction that I have had in whic...h I sincerely valued the counsel I was being given. Tobias is very easy to interact with, he was always available for my questions, and he never talked to me using lawyer terms he presumed I understood. Most importantly, the attorney for the buyer was playing real hardball, and by the end of the transaction Tobias had the other attorney essentially advocating for my position to the buyer after buyer tried to back out of the contract. I feel fortunate to have had Tobias referred to me, and I now use him as our go-to attorney for all legal issues.

When a family member passed away none of us knew what to do or where to start with the handling of the family member's many assets. The estate was a mess and it was very stressful. After hiring Tobias, much of the stress relating to the estate went away. My uncle was very wealthy so the administrati...on took over a year, but Tobias was there every step of the way to make sure things were handled timely and correctly. I simply cannot recommend Tobias enough if you are in need of an attorney.
