Replied last January 25, 2022It is unfortunate that this person chose to complete this review. I did my best for this client but was required to ultimately do what she instructed me to do. I want to note that I did respond to all of her communications including the one two weeks ago and contacted her to let her know. I am truly sorry she was unhappy and will always do my best for every client.
