We worked with Fred over a period of a 3-5 years during a very difficult divorce. Going through a divorce trial can be a very intimidating experience and although Fred was very aggressive in court, he fought fairly and professionally - which I can honestly say many attorney's don't from first hand experience. Fred also has a gift of being very understanding and objective in offering advice and sincere guidance during those emotionally intense moments you just want to go for the other side's jugular. Anytime a ruling came in, he called us immediately - he kept us informed, he explained what the ruling meant if it didn't make sense and he was patient with us through all the of questions.
