She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University and completed her thesis on The Unsolved Murders of Juarez, Mexico from the Barrett Honors College. Outside of work Falynn enjoys running, reading, food/wine and spending time with her boys.

Bad Experience
Hired her for a family matter 6k later for one simple court hearing and nothing got done i did all the work uploading all the evidence while she collected money and did absolutely nothing. Slow , lacking made me feel unimportant
Hired her to do divorce and visitation case if you had a question it would take her days to get back to you even a simple acknowledgement , I did more work on my divorce e settlement than she did but that cost me 32 k with no vistion cause she totally lacked in that dept judge dismissed case even be...

Replied last December 26, 2022This was two separate matters: (1) Dissolution with no minor children; and (2) third party visitation request. The dissolution was completed without the need for trial. The third party visitation was summarily dismissed by the Judge. Judge found that there was not enough for the case to proceed forward on third party visitation. Client was explained the process. Client was informed on many occasions I was in trial and/or out of the office. Emails and calls were all returned timely but not quite as quick as Client wanted. No emergencies were ever pending. It is disappointing to provide an efficient and good service and clients not be understanding that attorneys have other clients and families of their own. The "scottsdale" comment is confusing and unwarranted. Client had no out of pocket costs. Client made a lump sum settlement as part of the divorce. $32,000 WAS NOT PAID TO ATTORNEY.

Weak representation
I hired this attorney for a family law matter. Communication leading up to the trial was not always prompt, and at trial, this attorney did not aggressively represent my side. She did not question the defendant when they lied under oath at trial.

Hiring this lawyer was a disastrous error. She filed the wrong documents with the court, the response times were never 1 day as was initially promised. She never prepared for meetings and conferences, and repeatedly missed out on crucial issues. She was very soft with the opposing counsel, very quiet...
