OUTCOME: Joint Custody with Mother as the final decision maker.

Father attempted to request that the Court modify custody to sole custody based on unfounded allegations. Mother (my client) remained firm that all Father's allegations were attempt to harass her and g ... ive him what he wants. In the end, it was evident that Father just did not want to communicate thus giving the need for a final decision maker.
