Before attending law school at Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island, Falynn obtained her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University and completed her thesis on The Unsolved Murders of Juarez, Mexico from the Barrett Honors College. Outside of work Falynn enjoys running, reading, food/wine and spending time with her boys.

Slow or no response. If you want an attorney then who truly understands your case, and will fight for you do not hire Ms. Baum. She was retained through a 3rd party to handle my family law case. Once she received the payment, she went ghost and provided no updates on my case. There were several times I sent emails and received no response. When I emailed the paralegal, the paralegal added her to the emails and again, no respo...

Replied last March 19, 2026I was not hired as attorney of record. Client is aware. I was hired to draft and file. Payment goes directly third party NOT me. The scope of the services terminated upon filing the matter. Process service goes directly through the third party NOT me. I have not control on when or how the other party is served. It is not a negative inference when a case goes on the dismissal calendar. The court is simply waiting on the parties to direct the court to the next action after filing.
