Douglas Kouffie is a fraudster who took over my case on a false premise that he’s a PERM immigration attorney. He’s not well versed in the process in fact he’s so incompetent that I had to hold their hand throughout the whole process me being the client. After wasting 2 yrs and $12k on the process I ...asked for legal fee to be refunded as I had paid all of it (for all 3 steps) upfront and he couldn’t get me through even the 1st step. He promised that he would get that to me and accepted his incompetence. That was 1 yr ago and I’m yet to get any feedback from him for his miserable failure and continues to dodge my phone calls.
