Great Work

I hired, Alicia Funkhouser for my injury case. She and her staff were pleasant to work with. She was very thorough and was able to get the case resolved with a good, settlement for, me.

very helpful and patient

I consulted this lawyer and felt she was very patient, listened, and advised me at a time when I was stressed. She asked thoughtful questions and provided helpful information. Most important she stated "You are right to be concerned" which really helped me to take a deep breath and communicate better... with her.

Excellent!! Superior Service!

A truly compassionate and caring lawyer! I feel so blessed and lucky to have found Alicia. She worked quickly and went above and beyond to bring me a bigger settlement than I expected! Alicia is a force to be reckoned with…gracious, yet full of tenacious persistence, never backing down to the opp...osition, because of her dedication to her client. Alicia is easy to contact and ready to address any questions or concerns, which was very comforting to me, as I was a suffering victim from a horrible head on car crash, caused by a drunk driver. I originally hired a much larger law firm, where I was lost in the crowd…with unreturned phone calls and no show appointments by my attorney. If for some reason Alicia is not available, her assistant & paralegal Rebecca is on top of it! I cannot thank this dream team enough for their devotion and hard work!! Save yourself time and additional suffering from the majority of uncaring, ambulance chaser law firms! Alicia Funkhouser is the real deal.

Excellent attorney

Alicia is a fantastic attorney to work with. She is compassionate, has excellent communication skills, thoroughly knows the area of law she practices and is persistent. Through her diligent efforts we were able to obtain a suitable settlement and a quick resolution for our case. Highly recommend h...er for your consideration.

Not just any lawyer

Lots of people will give you a referral for a lawyer, I learned this firsthand when I was searching for one. However, it takes the right lawyer to truly make a difference. Alicia is an incredible person and an amazing lawyer! I wouldn't go to anyone else nor would I refer family and friends to anyone... else. I couldn't be happier with her services to me. She is professional, compassionate, honest and really works to help you settle your case. I felt I was more than, "just a case." She was flexible and kept me aware of what was going on with my case the entire time. She answered all of my many questions and I never felt rushed or afraid to ask any questions which was really important to me. Finding a lawyer when you really need one can be extremely difficult, you may feel vulnerable and confused but rest assured if you choose to hire Alicia you won't regret it. Alicia will walk you through what you need to know and you will be fully informed. If you are hesitant to hire a lawyer to settle your case, that's ok I was too. I had a rather difficult case and not many could understand it or thought it was too risky. Meaning it would cost them more to help me then they thought it was worth so they wouldn't take it on. Alicia took a chance on me, took the extra time to really listen and took the steps necessary to settle my case. If you are reading this please do yourself a favor and contact her. Don't wait until you can't settle anymore, protect yourself and give Alicia a call to see what she can do for you.
