Excellent!! Superior Service!

A truly compassionate and caring lawyer! I feel so blessed and lucky to have found Alicia. She worked quickly and went above and beyond to bring me a bigger settlement than I expected! Alicia is a force to be reckoned with…gracious, yet full of tenacious persistence, never backing down to the opp...osition, because of her dedication to her client. Alicia is easy to contact and ready to address any questions or concerns, which was very comforting to me, as I was a suffering victim from a horrible head on car crash, caused by a drunk driver. I originally hired a much larger law firm, where I was lost in the crowd…with unreturned phone calls and no show appointments by my attorney. If for some reason Alicia is not available, her assistant & paralegal Rebecca is on top of it! I cannot thank this dream team enough for their devotion and hard work!! Save yourself time and additional suffering from the majority of uncaring, ambulance chaser law firms! Alicia Funkhouser is the real deal.

A fortunate victim of a drunk driver

To whom it may concern, Any accident is a terrible thing. For mine I am fortunate to be alive. We make decisions that seem like reasonable decisions given the information in the media. Like many others I hired a different firm I thought was a reputable firm and ultimately the personal care given ...at the beginning wore off and through a chain of events caused me to question how much I meant to them. On the recommendation of a friend of a friend I scheduled a meeting with Alicia Funkhouser. I am happy I did because I ultimately signed with Alicia and to say that I am satisfied with her treatment of my case would be an understatement. Alicia not only kept me informed both personally and through her staff but handled every aspect of my case and my questions with a warm personal attention missing from a cold legal insurance driven system. Three years later, her tactics paid off and built my case stronger and exceeded all the policy limits on a case that most other firms would have settled for less than half. I don’t know who you are but if you are reading this life has thrown you an unfortunate twist. Do yourself and your piece of mind a favor and put your trust in to an attorney that truly has your best interest in mind, Alicia; and then focus on getting better.
