Seth B. Draper is an Attorney with the Office of Public Advocates dedicated to the representation of juveniles between the ages of 8 and 17 accused of criminal conduct, parents in jeopardy of losing custody of their children to the state and persons facing court evaluation and court ordered mental health treatment. He works as a dependency attorney on behalf of parents.
Seth was born in raised in Pine, Arizona. He moved to Phoenix, Arizona to attend, Southwestern College where he received his B.A. in Christian Ministries, with a minor in Counseling. Thereafter, he attended the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and obtained his Juris Doctorate in May of 2013. At the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Seth was a William H. Pedrick Scholar and a CALI Award Recipient. He served as an Articles Editor for the Law Journal for Social Justice.
