Mr. Neufeld is an experienced trial attorney who has years of practice in both criminal and immigration courts. He is licensed to practice in Arizona federal court as well as the Arizona state courts and Immigration courts and the 9th Circuit court of appeals.
We handle all types of cancellation of removal cases both 42A and 42B as well as family based visas and adjustment of status, investor visas and citizenship. We have experience with 601 waivers as well.
