Great lawyer and excellent experience

Fae was very attentive for my parents and did everything in a timely manner. She would keep us updated with anything and had affordable plans to pay for her services. Me and my family appreciate your help.

The worst experience

La peor experiencia que he tenido. No contesta emails, text, phone. I have to say that this is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. I hired Fae to follow up in the case of my ( at that time fiancé) in his expedite removal case. I trusted her because she seemed to care about it and was replying to me in a timely manner . After I fly home to get married , I came back with the idea of start the spousal petition ASAP. She was my lawyer for two Months. I canceled the contract with her and had to go and find somebody who is available and have the knowledge to understand my suffering and the importance of this case. I couldn’t get a hold of her for nearly 16 days .. I think that is a long time for a lawyer to disappear and not give an update on my case. I think I know the reason she never reply to text, phone calls or emails. She promise me everything was almost ready and the documents were going to be sent within a week or less. For my surprise, after almost two months since our last meeting , I found out : 1. There was no case on my name yet because she send it literally the next day I started trying to reach out for her. I guess she forgot or something and off course she couldn’t give me any info because there was no updates for me. 2. There are mistakes on the application such as : miss spelling of last names , cities and even my country which in her own words is “The errors you state occurred are not an issue or fatal to the application” but she charge me a lot of money to have these errors? Then I could have asked a 10 year old to fill out this then and maybe would have been Perfect and charge less. Her invoice was outrages. It’s true that each lawyer set his or hers own fees. But... really? I paid somebody to have mistakes in an Immigration application, to Disappear for weeks with no answer, and to provide the clients with extra stress because she was not professional enough to accept the things she did wrong. I am doing this so nobody in my shoes goes through this. My advice is: go to a lot of consultations before you give away your money. There are many free consultations, make sure they have an office with at least an assistant or receptionist you can talk to. Fae goes to the office whenever and the “receptionist” is the same for a bunch other offices, so technically if you need fae, it will be fae whenever she has time to reply back. So basically you just end up empty handed .

She is the absolute best attorney. We hired her from Los Angeles. She got my cousin out of immigration jail. SHE IS THE BEST. Now I’m going to hire her for another issue i have.
