Ashley Yuriel Tuchman

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, Ms. Tuchman completed her legal education at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles and became a member of the California bar in 2008. In 2009, Ashley moved to Arizona and became a member of the Arizona bar that same year. 

Through her years of experience as a civil litigator and consumer law attorney at McCarthy Law PLC, she has seen how much of an impact finances can have on a family.  The domino effect that debt, real estate, employment and credit disputes can have on even the most successful familial bonds is tremendous. Ms. Tuchman was able to apply that knowledge to her position as a family law attorney at Modern Law. 

Now, as the owner of Tuchman Law PC & partner of the Freedom Defense Firm, Ms. Tuchman brings with her immense dedication and many years of financial law experience to the practice areas of debt settlement, debtor rights, bankruptcy and employment law.  Such experience allows her to  provide clients with a more well-rounded picture of what their options are with all of the ancillary issues that come when familial relationships and finances are in crisis.
