Brendan James Gallagher

Brendon helped me face some tough decisions that I had to make concerning a possible felony conviction that would tarnish my record for the rest of my life. His experience in previous criminal defense cases proved vital in obtaining a positive outcome. He was quick to respond to any and al...l questions and always let me know the pros and cons without sugar coating any of his responses. He exuded confidence inside the courtroom and was not intimidated by the prosecuting attorney or the DA which in turn helped us reach a plea deal that satisfied both sides. I would certainly use Brendan Gallagher again and I can confidently recommend him to others who may be facing a challenging legal battle of any type inside or outside of the courtroom.

If I could give 0 stars as a rating, I would. Gallagher Law Group, PLC is by far the worst choice I could have ever made when seeking legal services- this includes Mr.Gallagher and his assistant William Jovel. My rating is based only on facts nothing personal. 1.Trustworthy- The little feedback... I received regarding my brother's case was ALWAYS INCONSISTENT between the two. The attorney said one thing, the assistant said another definitely not professional and very frustrating to deal with. I was told that many things were going to be done for the case between court dates, and they were not. 2.Responsive- Never met nor talked to the attorney directly, not in the 2 months he had my brother's case. I put a face to the name the day he walked in the courtroom and found out his legal representation had been terminated for this case. In two months; the times I contacted the assistant (because the attorney never responded) were exactly three times. One of the three was a phone call, which went very sour since the legal assistant lacks communication skills and the ability to execute professional ethics. The inmate was visited 2-3 times during the entire process. This experience was like walking in a dark room with a blindfold, not what I expected considering this was a private hired attorney. 3.Knowledgeable- He might be very knowledgeable I don’t argue that. But what good is all this knowledge if it’s not put to work. His actions when dealing with this case were those of carelessness. Either he was too busy, he didn’t want to put the effort needed into this case, or just wanted easy money the faster the better. 4.Kept me informed- I met William the first time when I signed the contract seeking their representation. After that I got 1 email as an “update” telling me his next court date the time and location (something I already knew since family members were present in court). That one email was their only effort to give me an update on my brother’s case. The second email and phone call I received from William were only made because I was asking for updates and questioning their advances in this case. This was only the tip of the iceberg. Overall services by Gallagher Law Group, PLC in my situation would be “extremely dissatisfied”. Believe it or not this firm, this attorney, is already building a reputation for himself and it’s not a good one. I have heard it by word of mouth within people seeking services and inmates as well. His rude mannerisms and professional approach will catch up to him. You’ve been warned!!!!!
