My experience with dealing with legal situations is limited to say the least. I don't usually write these posted reviews, however I wanted to express my appreciation for Brendan Gallagher's services to him personally and his firm. I felt confidence in working with Mr. Gallagher even before we met. M...y neighbor recommended him after using his services as an injury attorney and going through 2 prior attorneys before acquiring Mr. Gallagher's services. He was "VERY" happy with his services and decisive action with his complicated case. With regards to my own simple case, I couldn't of chosen a better attorney. I even referred a friend to him. The first meeting was simple and open. He explained fees, due process and how we should best proceed in winning my case. I immediately noticed I had someone who is confident and knowledgeable working "with me", not for me. He was direct and concise. From the first meeting to the last I appreciated how he always clarified our expectations of what we needed to do as we met in his office or in court on two occasions. During these court proceedings I clearly recognized a mutual respect and comradery with the prosecutors.
