Cody Brown Fullmer

Cody Fullmer is an immigration attorney that has been working in immigration for more than a decade. He has handled hundreds of deportation defense cases in the immigration court as well as handling appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Cody has also helped numerous people apply for immigration benefits with USCIS such as Adjustment of Status (Residency), U-Visa, Citizenship, DACA, Waivers, VAWA, Removal of Conditions, Green Card Renewals, and many more. Cody received his law degree from Arizona State University and is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Arizona. While in law school, he received the CALI Award (highest scoring student) in his legal writing class and was actively involved in the Arizona State University Immigration Law Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Cody received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Arizona, where he was named to the Dean’s List throughout his undergraduate studies. Cody is fluent in Spanish. He was raised on a calf ranch in Chino, California, but married an Arizona girl and has lived in Arizona for over a decade. He and his wife have four children and enjoy swimming all summer. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and college football.
