Relieved

I highly recommend Scott Forrester and his team to anyone in need of filing bankruptcy. Scott is very professional & understanding but most importantly, he made me feel comfortable by answering all of my questions & the staff was courteous and very respectful of my time.

Responsive and Helpful

Bankruptcies are damn confusing. Scott definitely made it an easy process. Really responsive when you are trying to contact him and always willing to help you along in the process. I would definitely recommend him.

Compassionate and Understanding

We interviewed several attorneys for business and personal bankruptcy. Scott was by far the most compassionate and understanding. Couldn't be happier

Scott represented my and my husband in a Ch. 13 Bankruptcy, then also a chapter 7 when my case was converted following my husband's death. There were many complications due to some money I received, but Scott was extremely zealous, attentive, and impressive in Court. This matter is finally over and... I could not be happier with the representation. I STRONGLY recommend Scott to anyone interested in any bankruptcy matter
