Bankruptcy is nothing that I thought I'd ever need to do. I'm so glad that I used Scott Forrester. He was great. He normally files on Wednesdays, he filed on a Tuesday for me to help me out, he put me on a payment plan so I was able to to pay all the fees over a course of a few months and he worke...d with me on the payment plan so I would't be strapped, he (or his assistant) was always there and ready to answer any questions I had, he even added something else at the very end. At the very beginning I was a little confused about some things and he was a little abrasive, but ever since then, he has been a pleasure to work with. He's friendly, and he knows what he's doing. If you need to file bankruptcy, I would highly recommend that you use Scott.

Deciding to file bankruptcy was not easy for me, I was embarrassed & even humiliated. But after meeting with Scott those feelings were gone, he helped me understand that things happen & it isn't a reflection of the person I am. He allowed me to make payments to him that didn't break my budget & expla...ined every step of the process to me so I never had questions. My bankruptcy was discharged in the middle of May. I have already started to build me a POSITIVE credit history by obtaining a credit card AND I was able to purchase a new car in MY own name! I have reached the light at the end of my tunnel & it's an amazing place to be! I sleep, I no longer worry about who's calling when the phone rings! I'm enjoying my life, I'm more relaxed and truly have a lot more fun with my kids because of it. Thank you just doesn't seem like enough to say to Scott!!!
