Jose was very helpful and followed through with what he originally told me at my first consultation. I was going to be charged for Domestic Violence and he was able to get it dropped down to a misdemeanor until I took my classes and paid the fines. Now that I have finished it all everything has been ...dropped completely. Without Jose’s help I would most likely have an assault charge on my record. Thankful and pleased with his work.

I employed by a Mexican pop and mom store that sales Mexican and other medications. I was unfairly charged with serious felony charges of selling medications without prescription and mislabeled medications. I was not aware the owner of the store was doing this. Finally, Mr. Montaño and the State agrees to a misdemeanor offense in exchange for 6 months probation and no fines.
