I could not have had better representation! Jose really helped me out far more than I could have even expected. I employed by a Mexican pop and mom store that sales Mexican and other medications. I was unfairly charged with serious felony charges of selling medications without prescription and mislabeled medications. I was not aware the owner of the store was doing this. Mr. Montaño agreed to take my case a...nd got all felony charges dismissed. The State decided to refile charges again. Mr. Montaño again was able to get all charges thrown out of court. Finally, Mr. Montaño and the State agrees to a misdemeanor offense in exchange for 6 months probation and no fines. I am very happy with Mr. Montaño's representation and I will recommend him to any one with legal problems.
