Excellent lawyer
I hired Mr. Montaño back in December to help me get my second dui dropped due to the officers not having evidence of me being in actual control of my vehicle. Jose Got My DUI Set Aside
Jose is the most professional lawyer I have ever worked with. I had a DUI on my record from a few years ago. Jose and his team got the DUI set aside. He was extremely determined, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs legal help or advice!

Greatest lawyer
José Montaño is the best lawyer overall. He was able to dismiss the charges that the state was implying. I was facing 2-4 years in prison for beign wrongfully accused and he was able to prove my inocense. Thank you Mr. Montaño. I will highly recommend him for any criminal or civil matter.

Can't give a zero
Montana is as crooked as they come, and not in a good way. I hired for DUI and ended up with a worse sentence than if I'd represented myself. I know now that the reason he wanted the money up front is that I wouldn't have been able to pay when he was finished.
