She provides administrative counsel and advice to a wide variety of qualified plans including ESOP and 401(k) plans.
Ms. Sellers also works on merger-acquisition transactions. She handles due diligence matters as they relate to benefit and employment issues. Ms. Sellers has handled sales transactions that were in excess of $10 million.
