Elizabeth completely exceeded my expectations when it came to my case! I was charged with a DUI, and I thought my educational and career goals were ruined, I had all but given up. I am DACA satus in this country, and if I were to be charged with anything remotely criminally related, then I would loos...e my work permit and privilege of going to college/ higher education so my future was on the line. Out of all the attorneys I spoke to, Elizabeth was the only one that believed she could fight the case, everyone else told me my best bet would be to take a plea deal & go to jail. She kept hope alive in me that a good outcome could be reached which in hindsight I greatly appreciate since I had pretty much reached a point where I had given up hope. Elizabeth used her expertise to find holes in the officers reporting of the case, and to highlight just how little solid evidence the state had to prove I was driving under the influence.
