Elizabeth completely exceeded my expectations when it came to my case! I was charged with a DUI, and I thought my educational and career goals were ruined, I had all but given up. I am DACA satus in this country, and if I were to be charged with anything remotely criminally related, then I would loos...e my work permit and privilege of going to college/ higher education so my future was on the line. Out of all the attorneys I spoke to, Elizabeth was the only one that believed she could fight the case, everyone else told me my best bet would be to take a plea deal & go to jail. She kept hope alive in me that a good outcome could be reached which in hindsight I greatly appreciate since I had pretty much reached a point where I had given up hope. Elizabeth used her expertise to find holes in the officers reporting of the case, and to highlight just how little solid evidence the state had to prove I was driving under the influence. She did such an amazing job that from my point of view, it seemed like she had the perfect response/ dismissal for everything the state was trying to charge me with. In the end, State of Arizona completely dropped all charges against me. I felt the weight of the world go off my shoulders when Elizabeth informed me of this. I made few mistakes in my life, Elizabeth is one of the few attorney out there who actually cares. I came to her office after being arrested for 2nd dui. I was terrified. Being 2nd dui i was facing felony, and certain deportation given my immigration status , elizabeth got me off the hook with the mi...nimum sentences 1 day jail and alcohol treatment , plus a 1500 fine and on top of that she won my hearing at dmv for license suspension. Elizabeth Maupin, was my Lawyer for a DUI ticket. I was concerned that the DUI ticket could lead to my deportation due to all the laws Donald Trump has recently been signing.
