Highly Recommended!!!

Mrs. Salvatierra has been an exceptional lawyer in regards to my husband's immigration case. She has exceeded my expectations and gone over and beyond anything I have ever requested from her. The response time is without a doubt exceptional, this is something I value greatly. She truly understands th...e immigration process, is incredibly knowledgeable, and dedicated to her career. I had a previous lawyer and even from my first consultation with Mrs. Salvatierra, I noticed the difference in attitude, knowledge, and expertise. Our previous lawyer of 4 years pretty much "dumped" our case when we came across barriers (mostly due to his lack of preparation and neglect ). He even sent us a certified letter to not contact his firm! Needless to say I was devestated and fearful to hire another lawyer. I'm happy to say I have had the best service from Mrs. Salvatierra!! She has done everything from calling me on weekends to go over our case to just calling me to see how we are holding up. I couldn't even get my previous lawyer to sit in the same room as me, much less answer an email. All though the process has been a struggle and a heartache for my family, Mrs. Salvatierra has done everything to make the process as easy as possible. Mrs. Salvatierra is honest, reliable, caring, and most importantly passionate about helping people. I would highly recommend her law firm.

The best

We were so lucky to meet Dr Salvatierra when she worked with Burns Office and hired her in our asylum case. She is kind, smart and bilingual English Spanish speaker. She is extra detail oriented and hard worker. Always available to answer our questions. She was able to found the best experts to suppo...rt our case and when needed, she appealed government injustice and at the end we won!!!

Superlative Perfomance in Her Duties

Mrs Salvatierra assisted me with my wife's citizenship application. USCIS was denying the application and Mrs Salvatierra went above and beyond her duties in assisting me. We had to appeal the decision and the case took about a year and a half, but in the end Mrs Salvatierra was able to prevail. S...he put the reputation of her firm on the line in challenging the immigration department. She treated us like familly and fought for this case like it was personal. I do not think that anyone could have performed better. I would highly recommend her services to anyone experiencing difficulties with USCIS. If you want further details of the case and her performance.

I will definateley recomend Delia's law group for Immigration services

I contacted her because my nephew was in the Eloy detention center and I live out of state and did not know what to do. I contacted a friend who is a immigration lawyer but it was very expensive to hire him. He recommended me Delia Salvatierra because she has great reviews according to the boards of ...lawyers. I recommend her highly for legal help; she and her group of lawyer are honest, keep you updated with the case and trustworthy. Thank you Delia and her group for all your help you gave us. Now my nephew is here with us and we are very happy. The nightmare of having a family member deteined is horrible.

false promise

We went to her because we were referred to her, we had an appointment with her @ 6pm we get to her office and she is not available for us because she was taking care of someone else, we explain to her our situation by the front desk and she said that she didn't think that she could take our case an... other attorney shows up she explains the situation and he said that their could be a chance to do the case, Delia tell us i will call you tomorrow and she did and said that she could take the case. Mind you she didn't charge us for taking care of us the first time we were at her office. The following day she gave me an appointment, but later on the week her office called and changed our appointment, we told her it was very important for her to start the case right away, we had made a deal over the phone that she was going to charge $3,500 and no charge for the consultation fee and that was the reason for that appointment to sign a contract. The day of the appointment Delia tells the front desk girl to charge the $150 consultation fee then she take me in and she tell me that she CAN'T take the case, well if she knew that she wasn't going to take the case why did she charge me and why did she say she would take a case when clearly she new that she wasn't capable to take the case.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Amazing lawyer who I would trust on even the most complex cases. Delia is the go to guru in the Phoenix community on immigration cases and has provided invaluable support to myself and other attorneys in the Phoenix area. She is a respected attorney who I refer cases to because I know she will treat clients with respect and give them honest, truthful answers about their cases. In addition to being an amazing lawyer she is very involved in the community and fights tirelessly to defend immigrants not only in criminal and immigration courts but also through advocacy with high ranking government officials. I have personally seen Delia's briefs she submits to the court and can attest to the large amount of time she puts into each and everyone of her cases. While other attorneys may submit one or two documents for a case, Delia writes lengthy briefs describing not only complicated legal principles, but also humanizing her client. I highly recommend Delia Salvatierra."
