Criminal Immigration Case

The Salvatierra team is amazing! I will forever cherish what they have done for my family! My mom had a very tough case. She was given a felony for false impersonation back in 2007. I unfortunately was given misleading advice by someone acting as an attorney. This man sent us to the Consulate where w...e were denied. I was then recommended over to Delia’s office. Delia and her team dropped my mothers felony and moved forward with her case. She pushed and moved mountains with her team to help our case. They helped us gather all the information needed for our waivers. Our waiver then came back approved. As they proved our hardship without my mother here in the states. We then were prepared to go back to the consulate for another interview. Delia and her team assured me that my mother would return home. That she deserved it. I didn’t have the emotional support I needed to go through this within my own family, but when I stepped foot in their office I felt it. I felt the love and drive they had to get my mom home. When my mom had her second visit at the consulate she was denied once more. I felt my heart shatter. Delia again reassured me that this would happen for us. She explained that the officer had made a mistake on the denial. That she would fight this and get my mom home. They requested another waiver from my mom. But Delia did not back down. She told me she would come home. And I believed her. Her words were what I needed to hear. Delia fought my moms case. She proved to the consulate that it was an erroneous decision. The consulate then granted my mom her visa! Within the same week! My mom came home! After being gone 10 years! She was home! Three weeks later she received her permanent residency! After 10 years my mom was reunited with her family here in the states. My mom spent thanksgiving with us finally . I thank god for helping me cross paths with Delia, and Lety and the rest of her team. They showed my family love and admiration. I will never ever finish repaying them for reuniting us. The Salvatierra team brought my mom home ❤️

Honest, trustworthy and an example of legal professionalism

Attorney Delia Salvatierra is one of the best if not the best attorney that I've worked with, and I work with many attorneys. As a community leader advocating for the migrant community, I am often asked for referrals to attorneys. I try to refer folks to different attorneys that I have perso...nally screened and have personal knowledge of their capabilities, successes as well as honesty and professionalism. It is not easy to make MY list. Attorney Delia Salvatierra gets high rankings from me as being an example of what a true legal professional is. She has demonstrated that she is very knowledgeable in immigration law and criminal defense related in to her immigration cases. Other attorneys often ask her for suggestions and guidance for their own cases, and that says alot about her. I will continue to refer her to individuals who are in tough situations, and what I like about her is that she is honest and upfront with her clients. If I were her client in a tough situation, I'd appreciate her honesty, this way I'd know up front. I often get feedback from individuals that I refer out, and they all give me very positive feedback on Delia. The words often used were; Honest, Respectful with families, and "Damn good in court". I am the national immigration committee chair of the nation's largest and oldest Latino advocacy group and I stand behind my decisions to refer folks to Delia Salvatierra, one of the best if not the best immigration attorney that I know. And I know lots of them.

"Amazing lawyer who I would trust on even the most complex cases. Delia is the go to guru in the Phoenix community on immigration cases and has provided invaluable support to myself and other attorneys in the Phoenix area. She is a respected attorney who I refer cases to because I know she will treat clients with respect and give them honest, truthful answers about their cases. In addition to being an amazing lawyer she is very involved in the community and fights tirelessly to defend immigrants not only in criminal and immigration courts but also through advocacy with high ranking government officials. I have personally seen Delia's briefs she submits to the court and can attest to the large amount of time she puts into each and everyone of her cases. While other attorneys may submit one or two documents for a case, Delia writes lengthy briefs describing not only complicated legal principles, but also humanizing her client. I highly recommend Delia Salvatierra."
