Tracey Westerhausen

We hired Tracey to help us with a criminal issue with our son. She had no idea what she was doing, the advice she gave was terrible, and actually put our son in a terrible position, which he is still fighting. There are specifics to juvenile court that she was unfamiliar with, and she had no idea h...ow probation works. She also annoyed the judge by asking questions that had just been explained, and she basically seemed lost the entire time she was in court. She also never learned our son's name, and called him the incorrect name at least 25 times. She suddenly stopped receiving my emails as well, which didn't make sense half way through the case. She got confused by little things like trying to get my son's father and I on the line at the same time, and all of her fumbling was at our expense. I found her comments to my son inappropriate and downright strange. I would suggest finding an attorney that is at the top of their game and not riding a past performance.
