Hello. Im not sure if you remember me but my name is Jay I was just wanting to look you up and let you know November 11th will be my 5 years sobriety date and i have been clean and sober. I dont do anything but work and go to church.. I just wanted to say thank you for going the extra mile for me.. ...Anything and everything i needed to have done , he did it.. My husband and I are from Missouri and on January 2018 we ran into a situation at a truckstop in Lake Havasu.
