After taking over the case, Mr. Schreck conducted a thorough, independent investigation, interviewed dozens of witnesses, filed numerous pretrial motions, and retained multiple expert witnesses. This comprehensive defense uncovered critical weaknesses in the allegations and the investigation that followed them. As a result of this work, the jury returned verdicts of not guilty on all counts.
