Was looking at my third conviction repetitive sales offense on probation Mr saint was able to get me less time as soon as I hired him for my second ooffenses probation term after the fought for me tremendously I was able to do a 2 short year term sales convictions If not amended are presumptive 5 ...years first offense 9.25 years second if you want to win or end up with the best plea possible nobody else is better

I had been accused of assult although I had been with 2 others the entire evening of the alleged event. Also, at the time of the alleged event I had spent most of the evening sweet-talking a young lady..I was arrested and charged the next morning with domestic violence although I had not gone home t...he entire night..I was given Dan Saint as a public defender.. I told him of the 2 witnesses and gave him the name of the young lady.. Dan Saint, continued to pospone my court date and never notified the witnesses.. HERE'S WHAT HE DID DO; In court, He told me to plead guilty and get 30 days or I could get up to 3 years! I was scared, young and had never been in trouble..I did not know I could have fired him and gotten a REAL LAWYER! I TOOK HIS WORTHLESS ADVICE!
