Brian is a great lawyer. He accepted me even though my case was definitely a difficult one to have. I had been through 2 lawyers before him. He came in at the end of my case and he helped reassure me when times became tough for me to handle. He is very understanding and a great person to work with. I... really appreciate everything that he has done for my kids and I. He is great listener and he takes the time to walk you through the processes of the legal system. He will also explain to you why things went a certain way and yet, he doesn't allow you to have superficial expectations of things. He is very straight to the point and makes things a lot more tolerable. I would definitely recommend him as a lawyer. Regardless of the obstacles that may come with your case, I am sure that Brian will help in any way that he can.

My husband and I hired Brian Eggleston for a modification of child support in 2017. Brian was professional, courteous, and efficient, but he was also down-to-earth and relatable. It was not all business 24/7 - he is a genuinely nice person, and my husband and I felt as though he sincerely cared about... us and our situation. We were able to come to a settlement with the opposing party and avoid a trial thanks to Brian and his dedication to our case. Brian was also real with us when it came down to it - if we had an unrealistic expectation of what we wanted from this modification, he tuned us in to how the court and judge would normally handle things, and told us that we need to adjust our demands. Unfortunately we will need to return to court in a couple years' time (due to the fact that my husband is active duty military), but my husband and I will not hesitate to call Brian's office again.
