My family trusted him to do the right thing, so I went ahead. Brain again did a ton of paperwork and had my husband served. Knowing that there was a lot for my husband to fill out, he gave him 23 days instead of the usual 20 days to respond. My husband rushed several packets to Brain's office AFTER the time had expired and Brain had already filed for default with the judge. There was never a question of Mr. Eggleston's ethics or performance. He never put me off, ignored my requests, or handed me over to someone else to talk to me. He worked tirelessly and honestly. I've spoken to several people who have gone through a divorce, and no one has had an attorney who was so invested in their well being. I was never made to feel like a nuisance or an old lady who shouldn't have been a stay at home mom. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of his wise counsel and quick results!

From the first consultation Brian made me feel completely at ease and validated with my need for a divorce. He kept the conversation light and humorous which is exactly what I needed at that time! He was very straight forward with a plan of action and when I changed the plan he was on board and made the transition easy! He kept me informed and was always easy to get in touch with if I needed.
