Biography
Mr. Davis is a shareholder and partner at Nelson Hall Parry Tucker, PLLC. His primary fields of practice involve civil litigation, corporate, real estate, construction, contract dispute, collections, and divorce/child custody. He is trained and experienced in all stages of litigation, including appeals before the Idaho Supreme Court. In addition to private practice, Mr. Davis serves as a civil deputy prosecuting attorney for Bonneville County.
Mr. Davis was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2006, graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law. During his law school career, Mr. Davis served as a committee chairman of the Ray McNichols Moot Court Competition and the Board of Student Advocates. Mr. Davis continues his service to his community through various religious and civil organizations including Rotary International.
He is a native of Idaho Falls and attended Skyline High School. He is married to the former Brigette Stallings, with whom he has five children. Mr. Davis enjoys being dragged out on hikes, grilling, cleaning his garage, and spending time with family.
