Biography
Since co-founding Clarkson & Associates, LLC, Barry E. Clarkson has guided the firm as managing attorney, advising on sophisticated business and real estate matters as well as estate planning for clients locally, nationally, and abroad. He completed a BA in Spanish (1991) and an MA in Languages and Literature (1994) at the University of Utah before earning his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1997, where he received top honors in Contracts. Admitted to practice in Nevada, Utah, and Arizona, Mr. Clarkson’s peers have awarded him an AV Preeminent rating. Beyond his legal practice, he dedicates his time to local healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit boards.
