Facing a contentious situation regarding a family trust I sought the advice of a lawyer in St. George - a little difficult as I do not live in Utah nor do I live in the United States (though I am a US citizen.) An internet search turned up quite a number of lawyers in St. George and I contacted a few... by email. I telephoned Wes Winsor and was quoted an extremely modest fee for a consultation. Other firms responded that they were too busy to assist me and one went so far as to say that I should not expect much in return for the meager fee charged by Wes Winsor - boy were they wrong! I emailed Wes with appropriate documentation along with copies of email exchanges and letters. Within days I received a lengthy written reply which indicated he thoroughly understood my situation and while not being able to offer a resolution to my predicament he did offer invaluable advice on how to proceed. The work involved no way reflected the meager consultation fee he charged me. In all future related affairs he will remain my sole and prefered contact in St. George. I have rated him with five stars and only regret I could not have rated him higher.
