The process of settling an estate is always seemingly complex and bespoke to the situation. In addition to dealing with a grieving relative and unhelpful financial institutions, there are due diligence aspects that are just heck to figure out. I never look forward to these situations while knowing they are unavoidable.

I used Mr. Smith in the capacity of handling my mother's estate. Very knowledgeable about the whole process. He knew exactly when & what forms/documents needed to be filed with the court & other entities involved. He gave suggestions, too, as to what the best course of action should be for various... situations. He explained legal topics in layman's terms. Mr Smith was very attentive to our needs of an Estate and to the timeliness of which it needed to be done. We were always kept informed and used Google Drive to share files and Court documents.
