Kim and her wonderful team helped me through the green card process successfully. My husband and I did everything we could to do the right thing. Kim was fantastic to work with. We had no idea where to begin with changing my status from TN visa to green card, but she took care of everything. We just provided the information and she did the rest. There were no complications throughout the process and it couldn’t have gone smoother. She was very... responsive through all our communication and always willing to meet when required. Ten months later we have the green card and we owe it all to her and her team.

I had hired Kim to file my case. Because Kim was recommended by some of the people whom I trust at BYU. So I did not even doubt that she would not meet the expectation of what people said about her. Little did I know that Kim not only spend minimum time possible on my immigration case but also her st...affs are terrible at keeping things (paper/documents) organized. Her staffs had made so many mistakes on my case that it was extremely frustrating for me while preparing documents for my case. Her staffs are college kids with minimum paralegal experiences. They are not experienced in the legal field at all. They don't know much if you ask legal questions. So, don't waste your time asking any questions to them. They just do exactly what Kim tells them to do. Every time I want to communicate with Kim, Kim's office worker sometimes pretend to be Kim in her email account since Kim is always not in her office (although her staff said she would be in her office that time so I went). If I ever catch that its actually not Kim who responds email but her staff, they never apologizes for being dishonest. Her office staff “accidentally” lost the documents I provided. So I had to re-prepare the same documents I handed them the week before my case got sent to USCIS. Also, my case got sent back due to the mistake by her staff. So the issue got fixed and was sent again 3 weeks after than it was originally sent. It was VERY frustrating. I understand that Kim might have too many clients to handle by herself so she can't remember and pay attention to every single case to say the least. So if you want someone who really cares about your case and wants the best result on your case. Look further up in Salt Lake City area. It might be farther up but your case prep should be better than sorry.

I first met with Kim during her invaluable (and very generous) presentations she provided at Utah State. Her consultation was offered free of charge and allowed us to discuss options and to get to know each other a little better. I knew I wanted to work with Kim after getting to know her and realizin...g how passionate she is about her work and extremely dedicated - I felt like she really cared about the success of the case and would go above and beyond to achieve the best results. Kim is a pleasure to work with, she is professional, candid and straight talking. I look forward to all interactions with Kim as she is very personable and charming and makes a dull subject so much brighter with her vibrant personality and charisma. We hired Kim to walk us through the process for my then future daughter-in-law to apply for immigration papers and to get legal status. We started a couple of months before they were married. Kim had the process down so well that it was a breeze and you could tell you were dealing with someone who ...was credible and professional. She held our hand (so to speak) and the process was great...telling us where to go to get this or that, what documents needed to be submitted, how to get the marriage license submitted the day after the marriage...etc. This can be a very anxious time for someone seeking and wanting to go through this process. Kim made us all feel very at ease. This wasn't her first rodeo. When our daughter-in-law and son got the letter to go in for their interview with the immigration officer, Kim told them things to do and how to prepared so they were not surprised by the interview. She was great to return emails and text messages any time of day and any day of the week. From our first meeting with her we knew it was going to be alright and that we had been referred to the best person to handle this for us.
