Mr Reay is a man I trust with all of my legal needs. He is competent, thoroughly knows the law and acts with integrity.
I highly recommend him without reservation.
Donald helped us with our adoption. He made things as easy as possible for us at an affordable rate. He was comfortable to work with and didn’t make me feel apprehensive as I have in other situations. I have recommended him several times to others, and I would readily use him again.
