They say three times a charm. I was involved in a slip and fall in Utah however I live in the state of New York. I was required to be represented by an attorney in Utah. That made things extremely hard . Trusting people you never met and just holding on to their words. I have worked with many attorneys. Most work well, bill semi-honestly and most are afraid to go to trial. Gabe is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has no hesitation pushing issues through to trial. There is not a glimpse of intimidation where most attorneys will do whatever it take...s to avoid the complexities of litigation and trial work. That being said, if it is in a clients best interest, Gabe will settle and avoid trial but he has no fear. He is aggressive and will get you the results you would expect from a high profile law firm without the high profile law firm prices.
